Return Policy
Refund will only be given if the item is unused, unwashed or damage. All open and/or used items will only be subject to an exchange. Items may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping charge are non-refundable.

The shoes we send you are brand new.
Please don't wear your shoes out and then decide that they don't fit.
Please try them on and be sure they fit before you wear them to go out.
Please retain the original packaging in case you do need to return them
Restocking Fee:
All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee
There will be no restocking fee for OTHER return items.
Processing Time:
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one "business" day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. If the order is received by 12:00pm PST, it is likely that it will ship the same day, however it is not guaranteed. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays!
